Refund policy

All SonaMiraya products are handpicked by expert jewellery technicians and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique ~ it may vary slightly from the pictures.
We have a customer-friendly 2- working day return and 7- working day exchange policy.
If you think,you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us from your registered email at support@sonamiraya.com mentioning your Order ID and reason for refusal with photographic evidence.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
Order was damaged in transit.
Order was Incorrectly processed by us.
In the above scenarios you may return the order exactly as you received it, with original packaging. It should be unworn/unused.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we could process the exchange of the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock or you prefer to return the item instead we will refund the amount via Store Credit. The Store Credit is valid for 3 Months from the date of issuance.

Return / Exchange Policy

Please Note:

When you receive SONAMIRAYA package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return / exchange request.
Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up. In case of Exchange of a product due to order being damaged in transit or order being incorrectly placed by you an extra Rs. 250 will be levied as shipping charge (pick up and drop).
Gift box will not be eligible for return / exchange. You can return/exchange the jewellery.
If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
For multibuy product offers eg., Buy 2 Get 1, a customer must return all 3 products if they wish to return one.
If a customer fails to hand over the product at the time of pickup for return or exchange, they are to self-ship the product at their own expense.
Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
If your order consists more than one product and you wish to return partial order, the refund amount will deduct any applicable discounts availed due to any multi-buy or product combo offers.
In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made.
When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message).
In case of lost shipment during return shipment, we will need proof of return by you. Refunds would be processed within 7-15 working days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Dehradun.
You have to raise an exchange request within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product (after the package is opened).
If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If the product is made to order by the customer.
For special offers like Buy 1 Get 1 free & Buy 2 Get 2 free, if you wish to return the order, you have to return the entire order. Partial order can only be exchanged.
Note: if you claim for the missing product in your order, It is important to have an unboxing video.

Without this, we won’t be able to take any action on the return/exchange request !!

The following does not qualify for Refunds:

1.Package lost in return shipment.
Package refused by recipient.
Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition (assessment of SonaMiraya will be final).
Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase).
Incorrect delivery address.
If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way(assessment of SonaMiraya will be final).
Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery(assessment of SonaMiraya will be final).
After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
